As an up and coming fighter, I've trained at some high level gyms such as Wild Card Boxing and Reign Training Center. As a competitor, you will not find a group of more talented and genuine people in the state Oklahoma. I am always on my guard when checking out other mixed martial arts gyms as I have had encounters with an over inflated ego complex that currently plagues the sport, but the second I walked into the gym I felt like I was at home. This gym is not out to make money, it's not out to take advantage of fighters. This gym's goal is to grow a team filled with positive people who love the sport of mixed martial arts and fitness. I do however predict a few world champions coming from this camp within the near future. All that being said, do not be afraid to check out this gym provided you have a positive attitude and are willing to lean. (Do be afraid to get "green lighted" should you have an ego).

R-1 has a top notch kids program. The instructors are great guys and amazing with the kids. My daughter loves the classes and can't wait to work out each week. If your child has any interest in MMA or just fitness in general bring them up and take advantage of the tryout class.
