Exceptional staff. Very family oriented. I have been going there since 1997 since my family and I returned from Sicily. Yes I am a veteran. They made us feel most welcome. If you ever have questions about anything "Michelle " the patient coordinator will put your mind at ease. Oh and Dr. Brown rocks the house.  And let's not forget "Natalie and Jordan " for they certainly are a couple of fun young ladies. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 😍

They are good for emergencies. They have told me on 2 occasions that my procedure was covered by my insurance at no additional cost to me. Then I received a bill in the mail.
The staff is under trained. The xray tech didn't know what she was doing during my last visit. They act like it's a social hall and you can be entertained by their conversations. That's one perk. 
They know exactly what your insurance  pays out and when your new benefit amount begins, they will drain you with a lot of "needed" procedures then call you at the end of the year to schedule appointments.They call like telemarketers. They act like they're starving for funds.
I went in to have one wisdom tooth pulled and they suggested I get all four pulled. They never offer any pain meds. Just tell you which ones to purchase over the counter.  
They switch back and forth from patient to patient and they do it so fast that I can't recall them washing their hands in between. Like they are doing drive-by procedures.

Horrible billing department.. Sent me a bill after a long time for several hundred dollars... With no warning.. Completely ignoring their own mistakes.. Never corrected the bill back to the normal Co pay amount which eventually went on my credit.. 
Would never use this place... Their error of a couple hundred was more important for. Them to refuse to correct... And willingly lose. A patient... Terrible customer service

I must say that my experience at lifesmile dental care has been great, the staff there are some of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. From Dr.Blake to all the ladies in the office and examination room they all get high marks from me!!!  My smile has improved greatly since day one, I always enjoy my appointments because the professionalism and friendliness of lifesmiles staff. My wife and kids also have been going there for years and i highly recommend lifesmile, on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100 best dentist office I've ever gone to. Thx for all the great work you guys have done for my family much appreciated !!!!

I have been visiting Dr. Brent and Dr. Blake for the past 6 years.  Their approach to customer service is industry leading.  LifeSmile staff make the patient feel comfortable and at home from the minute you walk in to an appointment.  I highly recommend LifeSmile!
