Terrible  experience! First appointment ever at this office and I was running 15 minutes late due because I got off at the wrong exit. My appointment was schedauled for 1:00pm or 15 minutes earlier because of paper work that needed to be billed out since I was a new patient. I arrived at the office at 1:12pm and I was told by this horrible  receptionist  that I too late and I needed to reschedual my appointment. I explained to the  receptionist  that I filled out all the  necessary medical history paperwork online already. I also told her that I am 12 minutes late. The receptionist stated that she couldn't do anything and that I had to  reschedule even though they have a 15min grace period! I kindly told her I cannot take off again to come to the appointment she stated there is nothing she can do. Let's all  remember I was 12min late....I filled out all the paper work that was needed and to add there were no  patients in sight and the  nurses and   Dental assistant  were standing behind her just talking not busy at all. I will never  recommend this place to anyone one terrible  Experience  at this office!

I enjoy the staff and especially Dr. Levin. Even last night, it was late and Dr. Levin was having a difficult time removing an old crown, she didn't let that deter her and she still went above and beyond in doing some additional appearance items on my teeth, even though the crown took longer than I'm sure she expected. Dr. Levin always explains everything and makes you feel very welcome. One of the best dentists in Missouri... :)

I love the hygienists and Doctors at this office. Everyone who works on you is patient, comforting, friendly and overall amazing.
I've always dreaded going to the dentist but, this group of professionals really make every visit a pleasure. I actually look forward to my two yearly cleanings. They can't come fast enough.
