I have had an awesome experience with Lighthouse! Tim Leonard is an amazing agent and goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your auto/home policies. I have been with Lighthouse in Roseburg for almost 7 years and couldn't imagine using anyone else! They constantly search around to make sure I am getting the best deal possible. I couldn't ask for a better insurance company! Thank you Tim Leonard and Lighthouse Insurance Agency in Roseburg!

Canceled the account and yet 2 months later I get a bill saying I still owe them money for the month of Dec..canceled in Nov, was told when paid that it was the FINAL BILL, call today and not only did they send another bill but before we even got it, it was sent to collections. I would NOT use this company again or recommend it to anyone I know that I like!

I got screwed over here once cuz they said the whole time I was there they 'thought I was some other person with great credit' so they are trying to charge me for all the back insurance cuz I have no credit so it raised my rate... But I'm giving it another try..
