Updated to 4 Stars: I want to start by saying this review was 3 stars based solely on service, which has varied a great deal, along with "non-bread" menu items. The update is because the service has been consistently good since my initial review. The soups are okay, but the salad items have been consistently disappointing. The coffee and pastries always good!

simply put my order was not accurate and when asked for the correct item manager was Unapologetic and rude. wanted me to Handover to her gloved hands the wrong item for the correct item to place it back. Didn't even offer me the treat that Panera offers on their receipts for inaccurate orders

The food at Panera is outstanding especially at this location. However the manager here is absolutely rude and arrogant. I have recently been banned from this location for an incident that I had nothing to do with. A couple weeks before a few high school students broke a table there but when I came to the restaurant they wanted us to leave for moving a chair. When we stayed to complain the manager called the police on us and the reason for our ban is that we broke a table when we had absolutely nothing to do with. That is the reason for my rating, the manager is completely insane.

It's a Panera. What you expect. A few easy chairs. They do a little more to keep the place clean than some other Panera's. Bathroom is outside the restaurant, and you need to get a combination.

Friendly service, food is always delicious, espresso beverages are inconsistent but usually good, good value, good variety, lots of seating options, fireplace, good place to grade.
