Walked in looking for an entryway table. In less than 10 minutes found one that we loved. Price wasn't bad either but they did not have one in stock. Said it would take about two weeks after ordering to get one in. I asked about purchasing the floor model and he said he'd have to check with the person in charge and he would call me back that night or the next morning. By 4pm the next day after not getting a call I called them. The response by Brian was "oh sorry I never got back to you." I guess since I was only purchasing a small table my business wasn't important to them. It's bad business to say you're going to call and then not call. If I felt that it would have been easy to find another table I would have went elsewhere, but I did end up purchasing the table there. But I give customer service 2 stars because of my experience.

If you are thinking of purchasing something from these stores-DON'T!! The customer service is terrible once they have your money. Sure, they have nice furnishings-great place to look around and get ideas. But, do not order anything from them. I ordered my custom matching recliners last August. One came in incorrect after 9 weeks and had to be reordered. It was supposed to be a rush and have it in 4 weeks. It is now 8 weeks and still no chair. They do assure me every week that it is done and on the way. The latest is that it will be here Tuesday. The owner could care less about customer service. His wife offered to give me the mis-ordered chair as a loner until the correct one comes in but if it as much as has a scratch on it we would have to pay for it. Obviously, we declined. Now we have only one chair and no confidence that we'll even get the other by Christmas! When I said I wanted to cancel the order, the owner told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee! It wasn't my fault I don't have the chairs! Then he rudely cut me off, said we are not agreeing, and hung up! How could I agree to paying over $1000 four months ago for one chair and a hope that someday I'll get a matching chair?? Check out the other posts on Yelp and you'll see I'm not the only one who has had a very bad experience with these stores.

Tried calling to see if my chairs arrived. (not sure why I have to call them?) They answered and said they would call me back in 30 min because they were so busy. No call back. Called again, the line was busy for at least 20 min. Finally went to the store. I asked why no call back - he said too busy. Really?? Customer service here really stinks. I'd bypass the place and shop elsewhere.

The furniture and selection is extremely nice, the only thing is that some of the items are a bit pricey for my taste. The customer service is very nice.

Always friendly and knowledgeable with a great many choices. We keep returning again and again. My wife's favorite place.
