Ashley's is running a GREAT SALE, Friends and Family. When I stopped in the day before I met Ronnie, he was professional, honest and nice. He took his time, he was not pushy. We had good conversations about furniture and my future needs. Today I purchased our new bedroom suite. Best part, I did not want it delivered right away - no problem.

At first glance coming in store, thought I was going to be attacked by 3 salesman. Not the case! Very helpful to point me in my direction. Explored 3/4 of the store before I saw them again. I found what I liked and they helped me to find accents. Easy shopping! Found my style and a cool accent. Thank you Steve!

We knew that store had quality furniture with a large selection. That's why we returned here when choosing a dinning room set. To be frank, we did look at a number of other stores first... just to get an idea. Then we came back to Ashley Furniture. While the other stores have large selections too, NOBODY out there beat the effort that Ashley Furniture put into making us happy with price, service and quality. 'Gigi' and the store manager were excellent to work with. We first bought at Ashley 12 years ago... and we will remain Ashley Furniture customers in the future.

The store atmosphere is nice and well organized. The sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Very customer service oriented. Very timely. I recommend this located!

I recently purchased a product from this location. Sales experience was great. Questions all answered thoroughly. Gabriel knows his stuff and is very helpful. I had to take a star away though due to post-purchase problems. I had to pick up my product at another location that wasn’t very convenient. Could have been worse, but I didn’t want to pay extra for delivery. I sort of expected to get the product from the location I went to, or for it to be transported to the local store free of charge. I picked up the product and began putting it together only to find damaged pieces. To top it off, the optional fireplace heater was too large for the stand. They fixed the problem and we are satisfied with the planned solution, but I had to go through the trouble of taking it back to the inconvenient location that I picked up from. Annoying, but they did rectify the situation and didn’t make me wait too long to resolve it.
