Shane Floyd was a HUGE HELP.... Going to Home Depot at night is where it's at, less people and employees are able to help right away.. Will always shop at this location (at night, lol)..

We often frequent Home Depot with our contractor business, however this Home Depot was mediocre at best. There were no Associates to be found when we had questions about some Plumbing issues, and when we asked for assistance, the associate (located in the appliances & mini blind area) seemed very irritated to have to stop what he was doing to call. We encountered slight issues with with product knowledge from others during our visit, which is ironic at a specialty store. Nevertheless, the worst part of our visit was the lack of customer service or friendliness.  It was like, does anybody even care that we're here to spend good money?

everyday go to store for any and most everything. From garden to roofing. Easy layout and customer service is very much improved.

I just bought some irrigation replacement parts, a simple pressure regulator, in December, went back today, they don't carry that line of products anymore. What a joke, the old pressure regulator was around $6.00, now the parts cost over $15.00. I wonder why home Depot decided to go the more expensive route, and how long will it take for them to change product lines again. I also wonder is this because of the new minimum wage laws. I can't blame home Depot very much for that, stores and service industries must do whatever they need to stay profitable.
