Lived there for almost 4 years. There is A/C now. 2 car garage no matter what unit you live in and a lot of space for storage and a place to hook up a washer and dryer. the maintenance is outstanding and they clean up behind themselves. If it's a utility outage they will come out right away 24/7 e.g. kitchen sink stopped up. there are bug problems like spiders and the little armadilo looking bugs. BUT if you bomb your home with spray that cuts them down a lot for about 9 months to a year. I suggest doing it right after you get your keys before you move in. The rent went up twice since I moved in from 1550 in 13 to 1625 in '17. The staff are well trained and polite. They won't just pop up on you and say there's maintenance to be done without notice. The neighborhood is as quiet as can be. You may see a homeless person looking through your garbage to find things to recycle during the day. Not all the time tho. Security system that is free. And they have security that you will see every evening riding around the property. ALSO PETS ARE ALLOWED NOW, due to California law, no breed restrictions either! I gave them 5 stars. O btw you must leave the property the same condition you got it. You are allowed 1 free carpet cleaning a year be wise about when you schedule it.

No Ac AND Speed Bumps Are A Bit Ridiculous. Moving out has been horrendous charging $1300 in carpet replacement fees when the carpet wasn't replaced when we moved in. Somehow they had a carpet cleaner company come in with a pet scanner? Which said there was a pet in the apartment ??? My daughter is allergic to dogs and cats ???? My daughter always had a runny nose in the apartment which I blamed on her consistently sleeping without blankets (she kicks them off as much as you cover her) might have just been her allergies to the carpet which is now being charged to me preinspection for move out nothing was mentioned it's not even pet friendly ? Why would I have a pet.

Nice place for price although no ac. Lots of stairs too.
