The website for this location is extremely handy for viewing how busy it is on actual time. I monitored this and showed up without an appointment on a Friday @ 3:15. I was checked in quickly and waited less than 5 minutes before I was called in to meet a representative. I was there to sign up for Medicare Part A and the application process was quick. The rep was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Being a widow, he gave me information on survivor benefits that I was not aware I could collect in just about a years time. He gave me the guidelines of what I need to do and when. I won't mention his name, at his request, but he surely made my day. I also comment on how pleasant everyone was. The personnel from the DMV could surely learn a lesson or two from this office.

I give Mrs. LOPEZ 5+ stars!! She was so fast and efficient! I am absolutely amazed by her customer service skills!

This Social Security office staff (especially Jarod and Dennis) are professional, friendly and very helpful. Their operation is quite efficient, the waiting room is comfortable and clean, and my brother and I found it extremely easy--even gratifying--to take care of our Social Security business there. We had an appointment, which I recommend making on-line, but even the walk-ins were treated professionally and efficiently.

I took my brother here today. Our interviewer Mai Hoang was great. She helped us getting my brothers social security card as well as change our citizenship status. She was very polite. The security guard outside are very patient and polite too. They are very professional.
