Lincoln Park Family Physicians is THE place to go to maintain good health. They are caring and take the time to listen to you, provide excellent care, and are on top of records, referrals, and anything else you need. I have been a patient here since it opened, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lincoln park family practice is a very good medical clinic. Love Dr. T and his nurse practitioner Wendy. Their whole staff is very customer friendly and efficient. This office has been my main doctors office for the last eight years.
