Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The dentist and her assistant tourtured me for 90 minutes. I finally started to cry and they were rougher to finish my filling. Dentist would not even look at me when finished and was incredible rude. When stating my concern she said she disagreed and that they were very accommodating. And then charged me an additional $400. Seriously the worst experience.

The office here is definitely a grade above the dental offices I went to as a kid, as everyone is super nice and helpful. Also, everything just feels very modern and high-tech for a dental office. I had a dental emergency recently and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on very short notice and worked with me on everything that had to be done. Couldn't be more appreciative of everything they did. As thanks, I promise I'll try to floss more by the next cleaning!

Staff (Monica) is professional, polite and informative. Leah, the hygienist helped me relax, as I'm afraid of metal objects in my mouth. Dr. Beltran, dental procedures were carefully explained before starting. I traveled to west coast and Impressions Dental assisted by working with new dentist so I could continue my treatments when I recently returned.

My whole family goes to Impressions Dental in Lincoln Park and that includes a one year old. They have great service. TVs you can watch during the procedure and they are really patient with kids. I would recommend this dentist to any and everyone.

Kind of shocked about some of the horrible reviews I.D. has here. I've been going to both locations (which I don't recommend because they have separate billings at each location and that meant I had a surprise bill more than once. 😐) other than THAT I love this place. The Dr. is great and seems concerned with my overall health. Her general staff is great and nice too. They also take lots of insurances. I've switched jobs once and insurance four times since being there and never had a problem. So I recommend Impressions, just stick to one location of possible.
