DO NOT USE THIS INSTALL AND DELIVERY COMPANY, THE ONLY COMPANY HOME DEPOT USES. They called twice changing arrival time but still arrived 30 minutes before their agreement. I walked out with them and showed them where to park to protect my septic tank. Then they drove past the area, right over the tank. Inside, they decided that they didn't have the right connections, claiming that Home Depot didn't tell them what I ordered. They declined to use my phone to call for the necessary parts and repeatedly tried to get me to take the dishwasher without the install. The installers got in their truck to leave without explanation or resolution. Again I pointed at the tank and told them to avoid the tank, and the driver swung wide, deliberately driving over the tank. The Linn Star supervisor didn't listen, or care and said that the driver gave another story, so they would do nothing about the install, still blaming Home Depot, nor the damage to the tank. I would advise NO ONE TO USE THIS COMPANY and DO NOT PURCHASE HOME DEPOT INSTALL because this is the treatment you'll get, and the driver will just lie.

Worst delivery service ever if I could negative stars I would drivers extremely rude, spoke with manager she was just as rude if not worse nobody there understands the meaning of customer there. They should be removed from all major appliance companies.

This company is dishonest and rude. If you have them handling your Home Depot delivery, try your best to see that they do not handle your delivery. Seriously the worst people I've ever dealt with.

Worst experience. I had a very rude delivery man, he was late and his level of professionalism was in the negative numbers. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. Not only did he cut the water line without turning off the water, he also broke my water valve. Now I am out $950 dollars. They denied the claim due to a he said, she said situation. Don't mind the fact that my house was fine before he touched it and it left a family of four without water for 3 days.
