Feeling pleased with my results! I had signed up for the 90 day program with 8 strawberry sessions and food plan with supplements!  I am down 19 lbs today a week after my last strawberry treatment!  I lost inches and am down a pant size.  The eating plan gets easier after you do it a while and the results are great!  The staff at the LIPO SPA in Latham are great to work with. I definitely feel more confident and still need to loose more weight.  I feel this program with the technology is worth it.  I will be doing more in the future.  Sincerely, Tammy

l would give 10 stars if I could. The staff (from front desk check in, to all the techs; Megan, Ashley and Sheila and of course Lisa) are incredible. They really want to help you achieve your goals and make you feel at home. After my 6 week treatment I'm down over 14 inches and 12 pounds! The food plan is strict but EASY to follow and helps create a better you! Couldn't be happier with my experience here.. will be going back again soon!

I must say I was skeptical I would receive results that would be noticeable. I have had weight issues my whole life. I still had a pouch of fat in my lower abdomen area that just wouldn’t go away from a pregnancy 33-years ago.  I was pleasantly proven wrong by the Cool Sculpting process. My results in combination with dieting were better than I expected. I lost several inches and 25 pounds within the 3-month treatment time. Lisa and her staff are fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them.

I have to admit I was skeptical about this whole cool sculpting method to loose the extra fat around my stomach but I decided to risk it since eating and working out alone was not getting the extra fat that was sitting on top. I went in and met with Lisa and she had the most bubbly and comforting personality ever, she explains everything to you and reassures you that you will see results. I have had a great deal of a difference in my stomach and I love it! This is totally worth the money and I would definitely do it again and recommend anyone to go to them. It's a legit life changing confidence booster.

I went last year for 3 treatments and kept my results! Staff was friendly professional and helpful. Highly recommend for those stubborn areas that even diet and excercise just can't get!
