I went in yesterday to buy a new outback. I knew EXACTLY what I could spend as a down and per month and they made it happen! Michelle Powers was our sales person and she was fantastic. She was accommodating, NEVER pushy and when I said I had a quote from another dealer she immediately responded that they'll price match, saving me another drive as well as earning future business.
I purchased a new vehicle once before, maybe 25 years ago and it was the classic nightmare scenario. I went in prepared to do BATTLE. I never felt anything but respect. Not only will I recommend Lithia of Oregon City but Michelle specifically. She was great from start to finish.

I had a great car buying experience here! I purchased a 2016 Mazda3 iTouring. My salesperson, Michelle Powers, was very knowledgeable, patiently answered my questions, and made me feel like she really cared. She along with the other staff people I spoke with (such as the finance managers) made me feel respected and took great care of me. She also checked in on me days later to see how I was liking the car. Big thank you to Michelle and everyone who helped me! :)

I have been looking into getting a new car for quite some time. Briana got me an amazing deal on a brand new 2018 Impreza! It has all of the bells and whistles! 
Thank you, Briana, for being patient with us at the dealership. I felt comfortable knowing I was being helped by someone who wanted to take the time to understand my needs. I left knowing I got the best deal possible on the best car for me. 

If you ever want to look into getting a new/used car, go to Lithia Subaru. They're the best!

Annie Cook of Lithia Subaru was awesome. I was trying to purchase a car sight unseen from Florida. Annie , on her own time, got me shipping quotes and took extra pictures and videos so I could get a better feel for the car. She cheerfully answered every little question that I had. Annie Cook was the ultimate professional.  I have purchased numerous cars in my life and I can honestly say that my experience with Annie and Lithia Subaru was by far the most pleasant.

This has been amazing. Buying my car here has been  phenomenal! Chris has been fun and fantastic! They accidentally made a mistake and took complete ownership of it and made it completely right with me. I have never had better costumer service anywhere. They stepped up completely on their own with out me ever asking how are you going to make this right! I highly recommend this dealership. I will buy here again and I will recommend them to all my friends! Thank you for the great experience!
