had an old kenmore serviced here. Very nice and kind people, prices were not outrageous for the service that was done to my machine. They fixed the problem. Took them 2 weeks though to get to it and after 16 days I hadn't heard back. So I called, and she said "oh its ready its sitting right next to me". With a happy attitude about it. I'm sure they would have called but that's my reason for the lacking one star short of 5

This Oregon City store has always been helpful. I have bought many products, quilt frames etc. from them, and when I had put an expensive machine on layaway,  and then fell into financial difficulty, The manager was so accommodating, and  when I was able to pay it off, we worked out a deal that was a benefit to both of us. I can't say enough good things about them. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I buy all my accessories from them exclusively. And I love my Bernina!
