Story

Lithia Toyota Scion of Grand Forks, located in North Dakota's Red River Valley, joined the Lithia Motors family of dealerships in October 2006 after being acquired from Chrysler Center, Inc. Lithia Toyota of Grand Forks, near the surrounding areas of Grand Forks, Crookston, Hatton, East Grand Forks, Pisek and Warren Minnesota, features a wide selection of new Toyota and used Toyota cars, trucks and SUVs. I moved from California to North Dakota in July 2016. The dealership has done a phenomenal job with maintenance on my 2007 Tundra which has now reached over 118K+ miles. I have to receive oil changes every 3 months or 3K miles now due to the colder weather, but I'm not complaining. The more frequent oil changes than before does serve a purpose. Lithia just performed a serpentine belt replacement at 118K miles. It's the first time I've ever had to change the belt out! I was getting a squeak from the belt the day after I would visit the Valley car wash.  A new belt resolved the issue because the old belt was in fact heat glazed. I'm coming due for my 120K mile servicing. My only negative comment is my tires weren't being rotated at the proper intervals like the dealerships in Texas and California had been performing like clockwork. That has since been resolved by Lithia.

Great service department. Will strongly consider my next vehicle purchase to get here the sales staff were so friendly while I was waiting for my vehicle to get done. What a great place to buy and have your vehicle serviced with.

As a customer, I really appreciate having another option outside of Corwin and Rydell. I feel as a consumer, those companies are jammed down my throat and take advantage of customers in their eastern ND markets, daring customers to have to travel to competition. 

Smart customers know to avoid the two calculators ( serve numbers and not customers) and should always go with Lithia.

Josh was very helpful and did everything possible to make this deal happen. I’ve never worked with a better salesman. I would highly recommend everyone to buy from Josh!

Excellent experience! My salesperson, Josh Ness, was extraordinarily patient and polite, as well as completely knowledgeable and confident. He explained all of the options available to me without being aggressive. I actually purchased options that I had not originally considered because I did not fully understand the benefits they offered me and the longevity of my new RAV4. My salesman took the time to carefully explain how these might work to my advantage. He spent the necessary time with me to demonstrate the many technological devices on my car because he knew these were important to me. 
     My "Super-Service" did not stop when I drove the car off the lot. I took a road trip that weekend and Mr. Ness had insisted that I report back to him upon my return so that he could find out what my experience was like. I called him the next day to let him know how much I absolutely love my 2018 RAV4!  Kudos to a dealership that is all about customer satisfaction and service!
