I had been looking for a vehicle with specific features for about a month. I was so tired of dealing with the typical car salesmen, pushing to sell me something I didn't want. When I found a vehicle I was interested in at All City Auto, I spoke to Mark about it. He was never pushy... he let me take my time in making my decision. It was a breath of fresh air. I decided to buy the vehicle... he gave me a fair deal on my trade in and he reassured me over and over that if I had any issues, not to hesitate to call him. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I had a small mechanical issue with it. I called Mark and he had me bring it in to be serviced right away and gave me a different vehicle to drive in the meantime. He was SO nice. The other guys in the office, Blair and Konstantin, were very friendly as well. When I decide to upgrade my vehicle in the future, All City will be the first place I turn. The whole process went very smoothly and hassle free. Thanks again, Mark!

All City Auto has by far been the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with. From day one they treated me so great, didn't hassle or pressure me which was a big deal, I had stopped at another dealership later that day where a salesman treated me like a transaction and was pressuring me so much it made me very uncomfortable. Mark at All City Auto treated me with respect, was honest with me about everything as well as sat me down and discussed the good and/or bad about all the vehicles so I could make the best decision. After shopping all around town I am beyond confident buying the car I did from All City, and on top of it he gave me a great deal. Thanks again Mark, I appreciate the hospitality and will refer you to anyone looking to buy a car!

I bought a vehicle from Mark back in July and had a great experience from start to finish. I had been looking for months for an SUV that was perfect for me and Mark didn't try to sell me anything other than what I was looking for (unlike most other auto dealers). He was very helpful and easy to work with, and I would recommend to others to purchase a vehicle from here.

This guy is a crook. Tried to tell me my 2015 Honda Accord with 16000 miles and very clean was worth $10,000. Although I understand that not every dealership will give you the same #. And kbb is only a range. But I've sold cars for 3 years and I know what something is worth within 1 to 2 grand. I was given 13,000 at 2 locations and  13500 at another. The only reason why I even looked their was because they had a car I was looking for. I'd rather buy something I hate vs buy from Constantine.

This is the second vehicle that we purchased from all city and both times and the staff has been amazing with emailing phone calls getting financing it was all a great experience. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and we will  be back to purchase our next vehicle from them when the time comes!
