Brought my vehicle in to have a small leak checked. Rod T. was quick to greet me with a smile and hello. He had Jeff come up right away to take a look at it. They seemed to understand the issue immediately. Rod got parts ordered and called me as soon as they came in. I happened to be in town for other business and Rod was able to get it scheduled that day to fit my schedule. Rod arranged a ride with the courtesy van and had it there waiting for me when I dropped off my truck. The driver was very friendly and accommodating to drop me off right away and available to pick me up when needed. Overall a great experience at Rydell. Rod and Jeff took great care of my needs and my vehicle. If your looking for great service it probably doesn’t get any better.

Nikolai was so funny. Me and my friend were happy to be working with him. I got my first car a day ago, special thanks to him. I felt he really cared for my situation and had my best interests at heart.

Also, Ned was great too! I'm glad I had his help. Everyone was exceptionally nice.

Nikolai was a very good salesman and tried to get the best deal for me. He knew what he was talking about and very professional and polite. Was easy to talk to and answered all the questions I did have. With the experience I had with Rydell I would not hesitate to come back again and let others know about my good experience.

We were not 100% excited about driving over 300 miles to come test drive two vehicles but Jesse our salesman and the guys at Rydell made it worth our trip. Jesse had all the information we wanted to know from both vehicles and Rydell overall treated us awesome. They gave us a good deal on our trade in so they definitely made the decision easy. Rydell made it easy to come back and do business with them. Jesse is definitely the guy you want to do business with.

We came in Friday evening looking for a new car and Brian was very helpful. He listened to my husband and I in what we were looking for and what we were able to afford. Never once did he try to show us something that we would not be able to afford. We felt very comfortable with Brian and the rest of the staff at Rydell. We left Friday evening having purchased a new vehicle  that we would pick up Saturday morning.
