Ordered a large cheese and supreme, got home and had a pepperoni instead of a supreme even though it said supreme on the ticket. Called in and they said bring the pep pizza back and they were getting the supreme ready. Waited 10 min then left my house to get it and the pizza wasn’t even prepared yet. So had to wait longer. Not coming back.

Yesterday I wait 1 hour, for 2 pizzas supposed to be hot and ready, people come after me and they order their food and left quickly, that's not right, I asked what's going on and no answer. I stay because my daughter wants pizza from little Caesar's, but if is for me I would asked for my money back and go to papa jonhs or dominos. Worst experience ever in this restaurant. Never comeback again!

I'd just gotten off work & I was very tired so I stopped by the local little caesars, I ordered a pizza from a young cashier that was very snappy. I waited 10 minutes before asking where my pizza was. The manager Matt told me that it would be just a few more minutes & that he'd take care of me. Sure enough just a few minutes later he made sure I got my deep dish. There are some high schoolers there that clearly don't care about the job but the management is great there!

was Not "hot-n-ready" had to wait 20 mins. Only 1 $8 pizza was available. Pizza was not cooked to perfection.

Im there once a week and most of the time the kids in there working are focused and there to work it seems. Then last night complete opposite. I called ahead like always they said 10-15 min. I got there my husband went inside and sat down to wait he paid and gave his name. Mean while the people working were all over the place hugging, dancing around, laughing, and of course on their cell phones. I finally went in after 28 min and asked what was going on and the girl acted like she has no idea there were customers waiting and opened the hot box...Well look at that it was there in the box and by the taste of it it had been there at least the 28 min we had been waiting.
