Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

Never mind that it is a chain restaurant; go there if you want great fresh food, hand made from scratch tortillas, hot chips and salsa when you are seated, and wonderful service. My family and I frequent this OTB since we live nearby and we always enjoy the experience.

...Doing a 2018 update to my review, and I will keep it at 5 stars. My husband and I visited last week and again, the service was fantastic, the food was delivered hot and delicious, and we continue to have consistent fantastic experiences every time we go. Love this place!

I am a HUGE fan of OTB. However the bartender Lee I think doesn't do the brand justice. It was around 4-5 p.m. and the restaurant was slow but her service was slower.  I requested their special $2 margarita and she gave me a plastic cup which wasn't a problem until everyone that ordered one after me received a glass.  She later said she was out of them which would have been fine until my drink needed to be remade and she placed it back into a plastic cup and gave the other gentlemen who ordered another one a glass. I'm not the one to say it was a race issue but I was the only one is color sitting there.  I had to wait literally 12 minutes before I ordered my food because she never asked me what I wanted.  After I did order I just had to keep asking for things (water, straw,  to go box) It wasn't until some regulars came and sat down (that's how I found out her name) was I being acknowledged. Being in the service industry I will admit it is hard for me to eat out because I'm so critical.  I work hard and just expect great service! She may be to comfortable and need to be reminded why she is on the payroll.

Good value for the money if you get the $5.00 special which includes 2 items plus unlimited beans and rice. 
Wife loved their salsa but, I thought it was a bit hot. Bit of a problem parking where it is. She said she wished she had not eaten so much salsa before her meal came. She also enjoyed her meal.

My wife and I enjoyed fajitas for two. The steak was tender and delicious. The shrimp was fabulous. Food came out quickly. We had water and chips almost immediately. Salsa a little hotter than I prefer. I have to concur with other reviewers about the service. The first hostess completely ignored our presence until the 2nd hostess stepped up and I spoke first. Our server introduced himself. Took our order and brought the check without any further verbal interaction. The guy that brought the food to the table put four plates down without speaking a single word and walked away. Overall, from service perspective  felt like our presence was a  nuisance to the staff. Overall, food was good. Would not go out of my way to come here again.

I had the ranchidilas... the steak was very good, the reason I gave 2 stars. The beans and rice tasted like they were pulled out of the microwave early... still cold... my cheese enchiladas were still cold in the inside. Service was slow at best, she was friendly when I saw her. No one seemed to be happy to be there. Stood at the front waiting to be sat, another waitress walked by and said it just doesn't end today...I assume talking about us customers, and it didn't loom as if it was busy or had been busy. No managers visible,  ate cold food, paid $30. Too many good Mexican restaurant to choose from to have this experience.
