It's very simple, all I wanted was a Hot-N-READY. It took half an hour just for them to make it! I was told to wait in front of the establishment for "5 minutes" yet, you can tell that was obviously not the case. There were also at least 4 cars behind me. In conclusion I would not waste my money here due to three reasons; They are slow, under staffed, and outrageous! To be simply put, I will never waste my time or money here again!

I went to pick up a carry out yesterday and while I was waiting for my order the gentlemen on the front cash register was taking a carry-out order. The order seemed quite ridiculous as I heard him repeat it back numerous times (light sauce, light butter just on the crust, extra parm all over light bacon no sausage... ect) After five times of him repeating the order back to the person on the other end of the phone with a very positive and friendly tone they were finally satisfied and the call was ended. That to me was first class in customer service! The lady who waited on me was also very friendly and professional she even opened the pizza box to show me and make sure I was satisfied. I think it is important we acknowledge when things are done right instead of only focusing on negative experiences or long waits. I mean the food has to cook they cant just wave their magical wands and poof food ready...

Rude and lazy staff. Only gave one star cause the pizza is quick and affordable. This location sucks.

I usually get my food fresh and quick sometimes day are slower but overall I give them four stars

$5 Pizza is horrible but there are other pizzas are good the Deep dishes really good
