This business doesn't close 10pm on Saturdays even though the storefront and online says so. The young man and young woman were rude and didn't provide any information onto why everything says 10, but they closed early... I have never had an issue here this is now not the case.
Worst pizza ever The do was so old disgusting first time and last time ever
I came in to order the Pretzel Crust Pizza and the store promised to have it Hot N Ready from 4pm-8pm. On my receipt it says "Promised for 5:17pm" which is the time I actually placed the order. I actually waited 18 minutes and didn't receive my pizza until 5:35pm. That's not what bugged me. I get it, I worked at Pizza Hut for 2 years. What bugged me was after waiting 18 minutes past the promised time, the cashier walked to the oven without sanitizing his hands after handling cash transactions and transfers my pizza from the oven to the box. On top of that, I watched as he cut it and he paused as if he questioned whether he should send it out or not. Judging by picture 2, we can all see why. Look by no means do I care about the "promised time" nor do I care about him screwing my pizza up. It happens. It's how he handled it, that's not the way customer service works nor is that acceptable. A simple "My apologies sir, is this pizza okay with you or do you want us to make a new one?" Would have gone such a long way and saved this horrible experience and saved the $5 tip I was going to give you. On top of all that the sanitation hazards he did as well. Very disappointed.
Within 7 minutes I received two hot pizzas that were prepared perfectly! Thanks for being one of the few pizza places that will accept walk in orders. You have replaced Domino's because you accept orders by phone and walk ins... Thank you so much!
Definitely a great place to go to get pizza, but I had heard that this specific little Caesars, I’m not sure if it happens at any other little Caesars, but I heard that the employees here throw away job applications that people turn in. So if you plan on working here, make sure that the manager sees your application
So it took 40 minutes, 30 of it was me waiting in the store to get 2 pizzas made. The cashier was uninterested and rude. The girl making the pizza was working very hard and I really felt bad for her. She was swamped with orders. I hope they hire more employees because the wait time was ridiculous. The poor girl needs help in the kitchen.
Had hot pizza with garlic sticks within 7 minutes! The pizza was awesome! Thanks Little Ceasars for taking walk in orders. Made my family happy!
0 stars if I had to say so myself. Poor customer service. I also called to place an order they said I had to place it thruw the app. Went to place it on the app and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have any order they said it didn't show on there system. So I had to wait longer. I showed them the app with my confirmation and didn't want to accept it. Waiting outside for more then 40 minutes I will definitely not be coming back. Taking my money somewhere else . Hot and ready is a lie.
My wife ordered a pizza, she gets to the store and they tell her it will be another 10 mins. After 10 mins she goes into the store for her pizza . We don’t have your order, we must of giving it to the Door Dash guy…..ok give me my money back…..Ooooo the manager is off today so I can’t return your money. They don’t know who is running the store , they won’t call the manager
The worst store ever! I order fresh cheese and they gave me an old cheese pizza. Also the second time I ordered a cheese pizza at 9 pm and the store closes at 10pm and the refused to make it because they said the ran out of sheetout and the don’t want to make anymore. I work at a little ceasers store and that’s not what they should be doing. I will raise a complaint on this store.
