Went to lil ceasers with low expectations as this location is usually not adequately staffed for the amount of volume it receives, and left with the determination to never go back again. I waited almost 40 minutes for two pizzas that were made originally within 10 minutes, but were given away to a customer that had just ordered! After i finally said something to the cashier, she told me my pizza was “burnt” and i watched her put a new one in the oven without any gloves on. The pizza i received is pictured. I know it’s lil ceasers and i’m not expecting perfection, but not ONE person on staff apologized for their mistake, or even tried to make up for the 40 minute wait in the store. I watched 5 other customers who had ordered WAY after me leave with their food within minutes of ordering. Someone please get this store together!
Okay, let's be clear here. If you have decided to get for from any Little Caesar's, you are either low on cash, cheap, or just craving some grease. I live less than a quarter mile from here and visited few times than I have passed it. The $5 pizza is quick and out the door. It's quality is comparable to a rubber flip-flop but can anyone expect from this franchise with cheap price. The service at this location is unprofessional most of time and disorganized during MY visits. I have witnessed employees handling cooked food without gloves down to the location being just dirty that when I B-line to the door. This location serves it purpose in this community and has high traffic volume most days of the week. Remember, your pizza will mostly be cold before you arrive home over a 5-10 drive. I have managed to keep it warm enough with a hot/cold bag that I purchased from Sam's Club some years, ago. If you want quality pizza, drive on by. If you want drunk man pizza, climb the steps of fitness hell and grab one or two pepperoni pizza. The lunch specials are reasonable $5.99 for a deep dish person pizza and a drink of your choice. Remember, you get what you pay at Little Caesar's.
Normally the best Little Caesar’s Pizza location in Savannah, but recently has had issues staffing the place, which led to me receiving the worst made pizza I have ever gotten from Little Caesar’s anywhere. The pizza was so poorly rolled out so that it was half the size it was supposed to be and only covered two thirds of the box it was placed in. The toppings were barely put on it and what was placed on it was done by someone under the influence of something. The ingredients were the same high quality that the owner uses, but whoever made it either wasn’t trained or doesn’t care because they are about to quit. And I’m the one who suffers their revenge with a poor product, a kid’s meal size pizza that I paid full price and then some on Door Dash. Shame on you!
This location needs to hire more people, better people or perhaps both. The lobby was full I had an appointment so I could not stand there and watch one person work and the other person run his mouth on the phone while folding boxes and very little else. I doubt very seriously I will ever come back to this Little Caesars location.Service: 1/5
I'm not sure why they advertise "hot and ready" because the last four times I went there they didn't have anything "hot and ready". I can order pizza from anywhere that's better quality and then wait. Without fast, cheap, grab-and-go, "hot and ready" pizzas there is no point to Little Caesars than at all.Food: 3/5
We got a Sausage and Pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread for dinner this evening. The wait was very long but the pizza was hot and fresh!
Be cool if they’d answer the phone. Ordered online a few weeks ago and the order was “cancelled” after not being delivered for nearly an hour and a half. Still haven’t gotten my money back. Still can’t get ahold of them over the phone.
Does not under any circumstances answer their phone, if they get tired of the fhone ringing they answer and hang up. Online orders are often sold to other customers before you arrive. Enjoy waiting for your food.
Orderd some Detroit style pizza got nothing that looked like it. It was circle and had sauce and no cheese on a few of them. I'd recommend to not get pizza from here.
Ordered online and when I got there I found out that they were out of the hot wings I had ordered and already payed for and the pizza order was wrong. On top of it, HORRIBLE customer service.
