The quality has gone down hill so much. It's a running joke now that our pizzas will be delivered without being cut. My pan pizza was cut all right but with random slices wherever the person felt like cutting. 1 slice was small enough for a baby. My husband's thin crust was so burnt and hard and not fully cut AGAIN that he couldn't even eat it. This isn't the 1st time we have gotten HORRIBLE excuses for pizza from this location. Quality control is not there anymore.
We order delivery once a week, usually on a Monday or Tuesday and live 5 min away. We had stopped for a long time and we were ordering from Pizza Hut. Dominoes has better deals though so started back. Unfortunately, service has gone downhill, tonight no exception. So, 45 min after ordering delivery promised within 24 min, I called and was told it was "out for delivery". When it was not delivered 15 minutes after that, called again now over an hour since ordering, a different person asked what they could do to "make it right". I said I wanted a fresh order made, the delivery fee and tip refunded and I would pick up. Again, was told that my order "just went out"... at which time I said I didn't want cold pizza. I was assured it would not be that they don't let pizza just sit on the counter. I said if it arrived cold, they would be hearing back from me. Sure enough 5 minutes later it arrived cold. It was clear that their "one driver" was making other deliveries making us the last stop. By the way, this is an issue always with one particular driver.Other issues we have experienced: missing sauce, missing other toppings, pizza not cut at all, pizza not cut all the way through, and one time decided to try the curbside service on the way home and was given someone else's order
Always a good experience picking up from the Dominos on Wilmington Island. Friendly and fast service. I love the Dominos app, and I always love seeing the Dominos pizza tracker pop up after placing my order. The subs are a game changer if you haven't tried them!
Inaccurate delivery times, out of certain toppings but I still get charged for them, and staff on the phone was definitely not helpful.
I wish google would let me share a pic of this absolute absurdity you called brooklyn style chesse pizza. It was so outrageous that no grown adult does this and it not be a deliberate act. The "pizza" was a piece of bread with cold pizza sauce dumped on top....ive already sent 15 emails across the dominos franchise, i wont stop till the person behind this comes foward. Dominos needs to get it together Acts of hate towards somone diffrent then you will not be tolerated
Best pizza around. The chicken is awesome. Always fast delivery. I've tried every pizza on Wilmington Island and Domino's is by far my favorite.
We asked for something different and they went over and above for us. The cheese bread is awesome!! Thanks Darla!! We appreciate you!
By far the best customer service for pizza delivery on the island. One night took a little longer to deliver and I didn’t even complain but they still offered me a free pizza bc they took longer than they’d hoped. Doesn’t hurt that the food is delicious as well!
The Wilmington Island Dominoes is my go-to pizza place now. Online ordering is fast, the phone app works like an app should as compared to others, & the pizza's ingredients aren't just thrown on in a pile in the middle. It covers the edible area of the pizza just like it should. Deliciousness in a box!
Love this app - easy ordering - and our delivery guy was great.
