Horrible customer service! I called in an order, asking for two pepporoni and one supreme. Went in to pick them up, the guy up in front asked if it was one pepporoni and one supreme I told him no I ordered 2 pepperoni and one supreme. The guy goes to get me the pizzas and charges me for two pepperoni and one supreme. When I get home turns out he gave me three pepporoni. I go back in to complain and the guy tries to say he gave me the right order when he obviously did not. The manager comes up front finally they agree to give me the supreme and to wait 5 minutes. Over 10 or more minutes later they finally give me the supreme. Never did they apologize. Not a hard job to make sure you're giving the right order. I'll never go back in there again. Worst manager and employees ever!!!

Terrible in every way. Just go in and see what I mean, go for it. Cx service, people, the pizza, you name it.

The food is fine if you can ever get what you want. The service here is among the worst I've ever seen. If you want a regular pepperoni pizza, you're in luck because that's all you're going to get unless you have time to stand around for ever. Best bet, pay a little more and go somewhere else!

Truly bad costumer service So called management can't speak to you with out laughing at your concerns. I was asked to speak to him in Spanish and i did and he bust out with English. I'm like what?? I'm Mexican my self but i hate when our own raza tries to make you look and sound stupid. When They know dam well They are wrong. They cancel your order if your a minute late after the 15min. I understand food gets bad after a certain amount of time but they do take your phone number down and can't even give you a courtesy call informing you they are cancelling your order. I mean what if theres traffic and can't get there on time or an emergency happens. You get stuck with no meal because they can't simply call a customer back and inform. I drive 2 cities just to get a pizza from there (Loyal customer) but A NOT ANY MORE!

I have been going to this location in Indio for at least 2 years. Never had a bad experience. On 10/14/16 I felt like eating pizza. I drive over and ordered 2 pizza just the way I like them and the staff was extremely professional as usual. I waited 10 minutes for them to bake and then drove off. When i arrived home and started eating the pizza and it was perfect. Tasted excellent. I think these particular pizzas were the best I've ever had from this location. THANK YOU for making great pizza. Y'all ROCK!!!!
