I yelled out "no ice". He yells back..."no ice"? Then continued walking. 5 min' later I got sum @ counter. They knew, so I asked "why give cup without ice?" Her english was awful but couldn't answer why they kept giving empty cups without informing customers. They all came back to get ice. Plus, a lot of standing around & dirty tables. I left with customers still going back & forth 4 ice. ???

I was there for a while before I finally yelled to someone in the back to please help me place an order food was huge portion and good.
