Every time I walk in nothing is hot and ready and one person is working.  Today I walk in order an $8 combo the guy says 10 mins I say ok.  Come back 15 minutes later ,  they didn't even put it into he oven , yet and don't even say anything to me, just go to the back and try to make it now.  I ask for a refund before they make the pizza , Got my refund, No apology , no try to save my business because of a mistake.  Handled wrong.  Should of told me you made a mistake then fix it ,not try to cover it up with your head down.   Oh and then the one guy told me in a patronizing tone "have a nice day"  Meanwhile I wasn't a aggressive or condensedning to them at all.   

But hey its $5 Pizza so it's hard.

Rude manager/owner we were told! He promises our order is ready in full and we arrive and he ran out of the soft drink he promised! He rudely interrupted the nice register rep and said tough luck take the pizza and pay for the combo we ordered despite promising us all would be ready for pick up!!! Many of the other customers couldn't believe his disheveled rude look and attitude They all claimed they would never go there again. And the pizza was ice cold despite us getting there 10 minutes before it was promised to be ready! There are so many great pizza places all over who aren't unprofessional and disheveled looking/acting, as well as the pizza being great and not a waste of time!
