Let me set this up, their marketing totally got me. I was running late for a get together so instead of getting fast food I decided to give them a try. I walked in and waited 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged even though I was the only one in there and waited a few more minutes before someone came to the counter. When the girl walked up I asked for a deep dish ready made pizza, she said they didn't have any made. I remarked " the sign says you should from 4-8" it was almost 5 , the girl literally looked at the sign and said "yup" I then asked for the regular one, she said they didn't have that either. If it would have been any of these individually I would excuse it but the girl seamed she could care less about me or doing her job. I will never go back

Just went and got three boxes of hot and readys beef with light cheese. First it was $20, second the slices where NOT slices proportionately. Me and my family and to settle for slices that were extra small and sliced wrong. 3 slices of pizzas were extra big and the rest were super small. Third I asked for light sauce and the pizzas had thick sauce on certain slices. This was the worst customer service I've ever had from little Caesars in West Memphis, AR. I understand that you are busy. What I can't understand is why my pizza's didn't get as much time and attention as the others. Please do better.

Poor customer service. Burnt, lop sided, poorly cut(dull pizza cutters), and boxed in a old crappy box that wouldn't even shut. Plus nothing was available for hot and ready. Wait time is long and the place is dirty and full of flies. Never going back to this location.

The two people here are doing best they can today. The place is understaffed and poorly managed. I have been here on Sundays and Mondays and also buzy during these times and as an ex food manager alot can be improved. Having maybe 2 ovens keep hot and ready stocked during busy times. The storefront is dirty and poor maintenance done on building. This puts a bad name to the company and hope this is not how corporate would have this store owner manage the store.

This place really needs to be closed down FLIES N BUGS EVERYWHERE staff was nice n friendly they was at least 20 mins behind I wanted cheesy bread so bad but wen I walked in n saw about 10 ppl waiting for food n FLIES N BUGS EVERYWHERE I WAS DISGUISED BY IT.......HEALTH DEPARTMENT THAT'S ALL I GOT 2 SAY FOR HERE....
