I ordered on line carry out after picking up my order and arrived home all my toppings was not there. I called a to be put on hold then hung up on. Called back and was told I can't receive a credit for my order only 5 bucks!and how I order a topping they ain't had all day ..on line ignorant fool... They rude unprofessional ignorant no customer service or communication skills. Will never return f..k that 5 dollar credit ! Who thf training them???

They were extremely late delivering the pizza. They were also very very rude and unprofessional. Go to Dominoes. They are so much better.

Staying at the Tom Sawyers rv park which is barely two miles away. Ordered online and then i get a phone call 30 mins later i was outside when they called so they left a voice mail. "Hey man we cancelled your order we dont want drive to an rv park, of you want the pizza you can reorder it and then pick it up". Absolutely ridiculous.

I had an issue, however Rhonda, one of the managers handled my issue with ease. Great pizza!

I wish they had a negative five star rating. First thing when you call to place an order you go to a central call center no local involvement. No accountability when your order is messed up! Next thing the store is nasty it smells moldy and like mildew is growing in the walls. The kitchen is pitiful looking. I don't have a strange accent I speak proper English so I know my order was clear and concise. The person read it back to me and it still is WRONG! As I sit here and write review the aroma from my pizza doesn't smell like pepperoni at not sure what it smells like but it sure is not pizza. The location in West Memphis has been going downhill for several years, I believe that it has hit rock bottom. I normally don't write reviews but when someplace screws it up for three years running I have to say something I try them about once a year. I will spend my money somewhere else. Dominos is just up the street and they don't make mistakes so is Papa Johns and they don't make mistakes. Waste your time and your money if want to buy you have been warned.
