Horribal service. 3 people will be in the back all doing the same job while people wait the phone rings they answer it. Then the bathroom door opens employee no sound of washing their hands. Then only when they all are done inbthe back do they all come up to take ur order after u stood there for 10 mins no matter when u get there. Now u have one person taking orders 2 standing there getting in each others way to hand u a pizza the person who took the order could have done just as fast. It has not got better in 5 months here ill help. One person cut pizzas and box. 1 person Make pizzas . one person take orders then when u want to help make people wait by thinking justvstand there and do ur job!!!! Get it together no excuse.

Needs better counter personnel who know what they're doing. Ordered crazy bread. Told 7 minute wait even though bread was sitting in the warmer? Waited 15 minutes for one of the bags that had been sitting there the whole time! When questioned, the girl said she had orders ahead of mine to fill. Um, no. When I got there, no one was waiting and people who came in after I did and ordered pizzas and bread were on their way before I was. Her response was to speak to a manager. Gee thanks but I'll take my old bread and go at that point.

Good pizza but NEVER enough sauce on the pizza. And as far as being ready.  Not as adadvertised. I am always waiting and sometimes as long as half an hour!

I WISH I COULD RATE THIS SORRY A$$ PLACE NO STARS NOT ONLY WAS MY PIZZA BURNT TO A CRISP SO WAS MY ICB BREAD I WAS CREDITED TO GET MY WHOLE ORDER REPLACED I CALLED TODAY TO REDEEM IT THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AS F**K TOLD ME SHE WOULD ONLY REPLACE THE PIZZAS THE WHOLE ORDER WAS A MESS SHE KEPT PUTTIN HER MINIONS ON THE PHONE TALKING VERY RUDE IN THE BACK  ground long story short I  didnt get compensated for my good being inedible

Sorry a** service!!! Not the first, second, third, forth,...10th time this has happened either!!!! Its not just because of a holiday!
 Same thing every d*** time we go in! All they say is for me to talk to the manager again, well I'm tired of talking to these people. 
I just left for 20 minutes and my order of crazy bread still wasn't ready!
 Its like I have high hopes of getting Little Cesar's but I end up having to go to papa johns or some of the local pie houses... Better service and wait time for a few dollars more.
If this happens again, I'd have half a mind to toss marinara sauce all over the ceiling just to watch them actually work... But again... Half a mind to... 
Ill just stop going here and head to the one in Racine that's 30 minutes away just for better service over tasty pizza.
Even if I'm wasting a gallon and a half in gas for 1 order of delicious crazy bread...
