Poor customer service. Employees are always playing around in the front of the store and in the back not getting orders right. Asked for HOT wings. instead we got BBQ wings. How in the heck do you run out of hot sauce for the hot wings? And the Hot and ready pizzas are 10 to 20 to 30 minute wait. Not coming back to this store again.

I'm giving this place a one for a reason the fact is they call themselves the home of the hot and ready pizza. Well every single visit I get there and they never have pizza ready and it gets annoying after awhile and you'll lose customers because of it. I used to be able to go in pay and walk out with in 5 minutes now there's always a wait for everything.

The worst place ever. Never have pizza ready. You call in an order never ready. Waited an hour not ready. It wasn't even put in the oven twice after they came and told us it was put in the oven . Just go some where else. A waste of time. This is the norm for this place. Fire the crew and start fresh. It's pizza not surgery. They want 15 an hr. How about a pink slip instead.

Placed an order said it would be ready in 20min. Waited 20min said that the order was never placed in, said that we should wait again 10mins and yet never placed the order. Waited 50mins and they gave my money back. What kind of place is this?  The staff is very unprofessional and the girl who was manager had no control over her staff, the kids who are preparing the food playing around on their phones and listening to music. Definetly a business that is poorly managed.

One of the worst ever. If you can avoid this location. There is always a waot of at least 15 minutes, if you are one of the last ppl in line you will have to wait again. I stopped going here about 4 months ago. Today i decided to give it another shot and it's worst then before a 35 minute wait, with the manager really rude. Do not recommend this place at all.
