Little Panda is my go to restaurant for Canadian Chinese food! I always order the dinner for 3 for my boyfriend and I, and it feeds us 2 dinners and a lunch. You get a large amount of food for a great price. It’s always hot, fresh, and they’ve never missed putting any extras like utensils and sauces in the bag. Their Pas Thai is to die for!

The food is very disappointing and how this place has such a high rating is beyond me. While the customer service was good this is possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. Even by Canadian Chinese food standards this restaurant sets the bar for leaving you disappointed. Portions were extremely small and tasted of sadness. As an example we had the sweet and sour pork and it was just a small portion of sweet and sour sauce that the kitchen poured on top at the very end, so only the pork on top had sauce while the ones at the bottom had no sauce at all. They also forgot to put in any utensils and napkins so that was a nice bonus.

Excellent food. Best beef Pad Thai I've ever had. The won ton soup is also excellent. Also they have bacon fried rice which is quite delicious. Prices are reasonable and there isn't really a long wait time like other restaurants. Would most definitely recommend!

I've grabbed Little Panda take out quite a few times and I've never been disappointed. Good service, quick, tasty food, and friendly staff.

(I'll keep this review as simple as possible) As a long time loyal customer of many years, I've noticed a HUGE decrease in the overall quality of this food franchise. The manager (woman) that runs part of the franchise with her husband, treated my family with the uttermost disrespect over the phone while trying to actively proceed forward in our meal ordering. While talking over the phone, placing our order for a shanghai noodle dish (being a custom order which was 6+ times previously order with no problem) now became a problem with the woman manager who continued to cut us off from speaking, with commenting, "don't have time because I'm busy" and " it mix up order for other people". I then explain that I never had a problem with the chef making the custom order because they have on the menu that they do custom orders. After a long 10 or more minutes of arguing back and fourth the woman who is the manger gave the phone over to the husband and he answered saying, " yes we do custom orders... What would you like in your dish?". Mean while, the woman manager was so incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone only to have her husband instantly say they do in fact take custom ordering. That being said, once the food was brought back home it was lacking flavor and I FOUND a nice coarse HAIR IN MY shanghai noodle dish, of all 5 dishes we ordered! Hmm. As a long time loyal customer of many years I will now be taking my money elsewhere and ordering from a NEW Chinese franchise starting today because of the woman manger at this food franchise.
