Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

The service was good but you could taste dirt in the fountain pop. I don't think they have ever cleaned the lines. The wings I ordered came with hot sauce instead of the medium sauce I ordered & the food smelled like dirty mop water. Won't be eating here again.

Had a totally reasonable Swiss Chalet experience. Went for dinner here while my dog was getting groomed next door. Ordered a double-leg dinner with mashed potatoes. Food wasn't exquisite but I don't expect that from swiss chalet. Food was good, came out fast enough. Relatively quiet dining area, at least compared to Jack Astor's next door. Seems like that last restaurant to do a price hike. Wouldn't go here for the sake of going out to eat. But if I had time to kill and had to eat somewhere nearby (i.e. waiting for dog to finish appt) I'd come back.

Terrible experience this morning at the Fanshawe park rd location. TWO (different coloured) hairs in my food!! When I tried nicely to tell the waitress she cut me right off saying “k” and grabs my plate out in front of me and storms back to the kitchen. When the manager brought out a new plate she just put it down and walked away, didn’t even apologize! I couldn’t believe it! They were so rude and even made us put our hot food in our to go boxes ourself -which as you can imagine was MESSY! I guess Monday’s aren’t for everyone!

A bit too dark lights could have been a bit brighter. Very polite waiter and the fries come out looking like there was a handful taken off before I got them. Lol over all very busy location fast service!

No restaurant is perfect; the true test of customer service is how the staff resolve an issue when it arrives. My family had a less than satisfactory experience Kat time we ordered, but Anna and the staff of this location went above and beyond to make sure we left happy this time. Thank you Swiss Chalet!
