This is a large firm specializing in employment law.  They're big but they they have incompetent / high-priced attorneys.  They are just there to generate revenue and do not really have their client's best interest in mind.  Just because they're big doesn't mean they are the best.  I would recommend going through Yelp to find an attorney based on real client reviews.  Go with the smaller firms - you'll get more for your hard-earned money.
