I came here to look at wedding bands with my fiance. The elderly woman working in the store completely ignored us the whole time. She did not greet us or ask us what we were coming into to store for today. All she did was stand there and give us mean stares. After a few minutes of being ignored, we left.

Walked in and there were two ladies (one older caucasion lady 60-ish,  the other mid 30-40's)helping one customer. They both saw me and just looked away and chose to completely ignore me as I walked around for 5 minutes. I didnt even get a hello or "take a look and ill be right with you". Was completely ignored no eye contact nothing and the two ladies saw me walk out and snickered...i have never seen such an unprofessional jewelry store in my life.

We bought a beautiful engagement ring here for a great price.  Ronni was quite helpful, friendly and we didn't feel any pressure to buy.  We definitely felt confident we were getting a solid price for a beautiful ring.  They had a wide range of options, from higher-end to lower-end--good for those on a lower budget.   Most jewelry stores don't even carry many of the more affordable options this store had--part of the reason why we ended up buying here.

I got my girlfriend a $900 piece of
Jewelry from here. A couple months later a diamond falls out, I bring it back to see if they would make good
For it because it obviously wasn't set properly to begin with.  Guy tells me it's going to be $120 to fix it. After I tried to explain the piece was only a couple months old and had the receipt they still disagreed.  I'm not the one who looks for things for free but what's rite is rite and that's bad business in my
Opinion. I for one will never buy anything from them again, the quality of the jewelry they sell is terrible.
