This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!  Ryan and Kumi were both great throughout the buying process and very easy to work with.  I had a custom order car so it was a pretty long wait and they were both very patient and helpful each step along the way.

Never thought I would 5 star a dealership. In the past I have had nothing but bad experiences with dealerships. I stopped by saying I wanted to test drive a lot of different vehicles. I wasn't sure if I wanted a truck or suv. My salesman Jeff never once got annoyed that I was taking his whole day even with me telling him I wasn't planning on buying that day. Even during the negotiations I never felt pressured to lock in a deal. It was the only reason I even purchased that day because the experience was so much better than any other dealership I've ever been to, they have my future business. I highly recommend asking for Jeff he is patient and let's you make the next move.

We have purchased two of our vehicles from this dealer over the last 10 years and I have never had any issues with them. We bring the vehicles in for their regular maintenance and they do a great job taking care of any issues that come up over time. I know dealers are probably more expensive than other service operations, but I do like knowing they are fully factory authorized (as if that makes any difference I suppose).

Michael H was great to work with and really paid attention to the details I was looking for in my car.  He was very thorough reviewing all the great features my Explorer came with and was pleasant to work with.  Dianne in Finance created a miracle and got me great financing.  I am very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely go back to Livermore Ford!

Tim and Jeff made sure that it was a stress free environment and diligently pointed out all of the facets of the deal.. 
The whole staff was respectful and made sure you were attended to.  Great customer service.  Thank you to Don Tena for his accommodation and patience in getting me situated.  Great group of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an incredible deal and again, a stress free shopping experience.
