A clean and friendly health office. The front desk staff is easy to deal with. I didn't wait too long, roughly 15 minutes after checking in to get called back. My doctor (Christine J. Medaugh) is wonderful and thorough. Highly recommend her for a family doctor. The building is clean and well taken care of.

Great place, great doctors! Major upgrade since a former doctors office. Check in staff is wonderful and the doctors assistants are great. Everybody goes out of their way!

I've been to this office a few times and they have no problem over scheduling a time slot making you wait an hour or more to see the doctor for only 5 to 8 minutes of face time with the doctor. But if you're late by more than 15 minutes you can't see the doctor as in what happened to me today. I drove over an hour in traffic from where I lived just to get turned away. Their loss because I will be finding another PCP outside of U of M.

The office is clean, staff is helpful and Dr. Chiang is fantastic. However, time and time again I continue to have issues with communication and ability to get what I need from the office. On more than one occasion, they have told us different appointment times than what they have listed in their computer, so we show up and they don't have us listed. Also, in trying to attain an Albuterol inhaler prescription while out of town, the nursing staff on the phone was not willing to provide a scrip without first being seen by their office. This is problematic for many reasons, most prominent of which is that a lifetime asthmatic being seen by the same office for the last 3 years shouldn't have to come to the clinic to be seen as proof that they "still have asthma". Unfortunately we will be searching for a new office. Sucks because Dr. Chiang was the bees knees.
