I recently visited "The Loa" and had the pleasure of being served by a bartender named Jeremiah. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the drinks were absolutely outstanding.  Jeremiah is a master of his craft and takes great pride in creating unique and delicious cocktails. I went in for the free drinks included with check-in but ended up staying and ordering a few after seeing the energy and passion Jeremiah had for cocktail mixing. I asked him to make me something as unique as his personality and it was hands down the best drink I've ever had. 10/10 drinks, 11/10 bartender.

As a traveling patron of bars across this great nation, Ive seen quiet a lot. Loa bar has become a favorite spot for me and I'll tell you why: Tara Jill, bartender of Loa Bar is really what this review is all about. The bar itself is cozy and quaint with a slight witchy/ New Orleans magic vibe, all while maintaining the clean and and modern feel of the hotel. The music is also crazy on point, with a slight nostalgic throwback feel to the 80' and 90's. I digress. This review is about the bartender. If you're looking for a fast drink as you wander the streets, this place is not for you. However, if you're looking for some of the best cocktails, on menu and off the cuff, Tara Jill will make sure you leave with the best craft cocktail experience in the city. It's so rare to find bartenders who are looking to play and to enrich the experience of their patrons and she does so in spades. Genuinely, just the ability to watch the passion behind every person's drink order is worth the experience. If you are looking for a beautiful spot to indulge in drinks with depth and character with an incredibly friendly staff, look no further than Loa Bar.

This is definitely THE best cocktail bar that I have ever, ever, ever been to. When I come back to New Orleans, this will be my 1st stop for drinks. 6

Best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life. Tara Jill was an amazing bartender and her mixing skills are out of this world. She definitely deserves a raise!! I miss the red decor in the bar lounging area.

Wonderful cocktail bar. Host Abigail Gullo made us all welcome and whipped up some delicious cocktails according to our flavour preferences. It was ideal for a first night after a transatlantic flight whilst staying at the hotel, we just sat down, chatted and drank through our first evening.

If you are looking for an intimate or cozy atmosphere, go to Loa. It's a small venue, but it's great for a relaxing drink or a first date. The bartenders are amazing and their drinks reflect their passion. Tera's custom drinks are top notch

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere! Craft drinks, made well. Really liked the candles and ambient lighting throughput. Server was attentive. Happy hour isn't much of a deal, but alcohol selection is great. Located inside the lobby of the hotel.

A magnificent place for a handcrafted cocktail with the utmost delicacy.  Very laid back and relaxing place to visit with friends, whether staying at the hotel or just dropping in for a great happy hour menu.  Josh is an amazing bartender and host.  You will not be disappointed.

In my entire life I’ve never ever had to be almost suffocated by obscene Lily fake scents.
