They took my car when I was almost finish my payments. I only owed at least 3 more payments
 left and they took my car. I was never late and payed for 4 years  and the sold it for 7000 dollar. Wow really wow who new waiting for someone to sue them so i can too. Let me no if theres a civil suet. Thanks. 😞

DO NOT USE LOBEL FINANCIAL.  AFTER PAYING OFF MY CAR LOAN THEY SHUT DOWN MY ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS.. I DIDNT HAVE MY TITLE IN HAND AS THEY STATED IT WOULD TAKE WEEKS TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND SEND IT TO ME. 

I NEEDED SOME SORT OF PROOF MY CAR WAS PAID OFF BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A HOUSE.  WHEN I FOUND MY ONLINE ACCOUNT WAS DE-ACTIVATED BY LOBEL I CALLED THEM.  WAS BOUNCED AROUND BETWEEN UNDER EDUCATED REPRESENTATIVES, WHOM WERE VERY RUDE TO ME.  WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER I WAS TOLD THEY WERE IN A MEETING AND FORWARDED TO A MANAGER VM.  LEFT THAT VOICE MAIL AND NEVER GOT A FOLLOW UP CALL.  ALL I WANTED WAS A STATEMENT PROVIDING A ZERO BALANCE DUE.  NOW MY HOME SITUATION IS PLACED ON A BACK BURNER BECAUSE A COMPANY I PAID OFF IN GOOD FAITH DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING FROM ME ANYMORE.  THIS IS GOING TO THE BBB LOBEL YOU DONT GET TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO PAY OFF THEIR DEBT ACCORDING TO YOUR CONTRACT!!!!

This has to be the most disgusting place for customer service of all time. The people there are rude, disrespectful and feel as if they are above you. I would never recommend them to anyone. They don't treat like a customer, they treat you like trash. Especially the "women" working in the redemption department by the names of "Leslie" and "Niaomi" (if those are even there names). The manager is useless to speak to. If you can avoid this company then please do yourself the favor and do. I've met children with a lot more respect and manners. I will never go to them for any car business again, not worth it.
