Lobel is a lender. They've paid for whatever it is you have and expect their money back, of course, who wouldn't?  If you pay your payment when it due every month, you will never have an issue, you'll never even hear from them. Easy as that! I've only had one problem in the very beginning, that was completely cleared after making one call to them, and that's the only time I've ever spoken to anyone. I couldn't tell you who works in the office.They don't bug you, or harass you, all they do is send a payment slip every month as a reminder. You pay your payment when its due, that's it, done! No problems! My car loan is almost paid off. Ill be waiting for that credit score of mine to raise somewhat when its all said and done. Be thankful someone out there gave you the opportunity! I sure am.

We have had nothing but trouble using this company.  Financed a car thru them, left the dealership had the vehicle for over 2 weeks then they asked for it to be returned due to my job title and not having enough Family References.  Jose there was super rude and condescending.  I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. And because of their lack of professionalism the dealership we were working for lost out on selling not 1 but 2 cars.

I am someone who was seeking to work with at a sacrifice for there services that I paid for and would have continue to pay for had they not taken advantage of my vuneralibility. I was financing a car had it nine days and was picked up on alleged charges which had nothing to do with the car I was driving/financed through lobell. I committed no traffic law had full coverage and never missed a paiment. After eight terrible days in jail I attempted to contact them as I was seeking financial advise. The impouns d of the car was illegal and I left several messages and a service rep said I was assigned a case worker and again left several messages and emails attempting to make contact however when Icontacted the PD responsible tlfor the impound I was told I couldn't even speak to someone about the release let alone get the paperwork for it as it was a four day Xmas holiday. I was never in default and after i contacted tbem for advise they repoed tbe car and there was nothing i could havr done. fighting this bogus case, losing two vehicles getting my name slandered and going through the worst time ever in my life( which they claim to be there to help in times if need) they before I could even get the vehicle released  jumped on the oppertunity to ruin my credit and there basis was they said I failed to keep the vehicle free of leins or encomberances.that a lie there being sued now

Need to include negative stars  for this company. Several of my clients attempting to purchase homes have had the credit scores sherdded based on mis-reported lates. Appears dealers love thier service but most customers slam the lack of service or response back. The most recent client has bank statements proving payments where made on time but Lobel reported 30 days late thru the last several months. Run, don't walk away from this company

Worst company ever. They lie,  cheat,  lose paperwork, try to over charge you for everything. Worst company I ever dealt with. Run or just read the online comments. They screw everybody.
