I have been a member of Farmington LOC since 1980 and have been nothing but satisfied with their services and treatment. LOC is very informative about what is available and and how they can help you.  The phone app is excellent and easy to use.  LOC has always been there for me when I needed them.

A very indirect credit union. No one told me on my consultation appointment about switch to this place about overdraft fees or even how much overdraft fees were. Their app is very inefficient and can be confusing at times. if you buy gas with your card, they take out 100 until the exact amount clears. Do not recommend this credit union. You're better off switching to a bank or another CU

Wow, was amazed at the amount of 1 -2 star ratings as we use this credit union and have never been disappointed with service. When we have gone into the Farmington office, everyone is polite, service is quick and there has never been any high pressure sales.  Our experience with this over the 15+ years has been wonderful.

I have been a member since the early 1980s and have always been treated well. But in fairness I only use the farmington location and can't speak of the other locations. The phone app works great and the people who work there are very helpful.

Their new website continues to amaze me by reinventing the wheel for online banking. Updated inconvenient features include photo memory games capable of locking one out for weekend and or after hours banking. If you're looking for a good old fashioned 1990's place to house your savings and loans this is the place for you! Feel safe knowing that the 1-800 customer service number is available during business hours only and nothing will happen to your money outside of these times. Unlike other Credit Union and online banking sites, Automated Password Reset features are not available on LOC website.
