Came here for the first time at 330 on a Thursday. Pretty busy. Lots of people. Opened up a second teller line.  Just wanted to get a cashiers check. Everything went well. Nowhere near as bad as the rest of the reviews make it out to be.  Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Didn't use the atm so can't address those reviews. Line did keep moving. But did have to wait long enough where I could take pics and leave this review 🙂

The service here is absolutely TERRIBLE! I just left there 5 minutes ago and I spoke with a representative named Hilda Cyars. She very disrespectful and did not try to assist me properly. Not only that, I waited for about 10 minutes to speak to the rude representative and the whole bank was empty. Never going there again!

Always under staffed. Always a line for the tellers no matter what time of the day. I don't know if I have ever came in and seen more than one teller working.

I've been to this branch twice. Waited, and waited, and waited both times. Left without actually accomplishing anything the second time. As did another couple who were there before me. Next time I will add 20 minutes to my drive and go to another branch in order to save some time.
Obviously whoever runs this branch doesn't care about customer service.
