The food was below average. Ruth Chris would had been a better option especially with the ridiculous prices of the Loch Bar. Seasoning doesn't exist in this restaurant. Over priced everything, opps i stated that already. Fine dining this isn't. It's FREEZING IN HERE DURING THE WINTER. Nice view of harbor. $12 Valet Nice atmosphere with booths and tables and a full bar.

I will start by saying that my past experiences with restaurants attached to hotels has been uneven at best - and more than often awful. Exception here. Loch Bar is a NYC-ish designed environment. As for happy hour, what can be pricey at other times is quite reasonable in the immediate after-work hours. Now, on certain evenings this will lead to an influx of people looking for a bargain. And Loch Bar can get noisy. However, the beer list is quite decent, the happy hour wines exceptional (and that is as rare find), the oysters cold, plump and juicy and rest of the menu well-done. And the noise level will subside after the 6PM hour. Multiple servers behind the bar provide cordial and attentive service. If I lived/worked in Harbor East or Fells, this would be my permanent hangout. Preference over Pendry. If it's Happy Hour. Go enjoy. Other times, Loch Bar can be a wee-bit pricey.

Had a great lunch here, tried the skirt steak lettuce wraps and really enjoyed the Asian influence. My wife loved the fresh oysters and Maryland crab. The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this restaurant for smaller groups.

Great food and service. Lobster roll is amazing. All lobster. Pastrami hash was nothing like your mother made. Exquisite!
