Bar Vasquez pays homage to Chef Cindy Wolf’s mentor, Chef Marcelo Vasquez, originally from Argentina. Bar Vasquez celebrates the vibrancy and energy of Buenos Aires and reflects the Argentine love meat and seasonal natural ingredients of the Americas in the menu. If you're looking for great food in a hip and happening area... Look no further! I must admit I was very upset that Pazo closed. It's replacement lives up to the space. Everything about this place great. The drinks, food, service... You name it, it was great! They have a great Happy Hour menu that changes monthly. It's a fave of mines now that I visit at least once a month. You must check this place out.

Very pricey but the food is stupendous. Great for a special occasion or anniversary. The Wood-Grilled Yellow Corn was heavenly. I made everyone at my table try some because it was that good. Obviously the meats were all great too but that corn really blew me away

The ambience makes you never want to leave. Great cocktails, fantastic service and delicious food. We had a large group celebrating a birthday and everyone was very pleased with the entire experience. Valet parking is also a nice option.

Incredible atmosphere that combines seductively smoky with an outdoor plaza. Always a great decision!

I have been there when it was Pazo and was impressed then. But now I took my fiance out for our anniversary last night with 2 good friends. I requested a table upstairs. We had a PHENOMENAL experience. I was blown away before but I just have no words for how amazing the food is now, the reactions I got from my fiance and friends on the quality of food was out of this world. Our waiter was fun and outgoing. The service and food overall was 5 star. If you have never been here, make the time to go it will be worth it! The GM came over and talked to us and she was down to earth and surprised us with talks about tattoos and similar music taste :) We will be back for sure!
