I bought a brand new Versa from Tom Naquin a few years ago, got a great deal and wanted to go back for my next vehicle. Called and spoke to Dave who told me that they would match prices with a competitor on an identical vehicle as long as I had something from the competitor... this was completely untrue. I sent him the information and he denied that the information that was clearly listed on the competitor's site was correct. I physically saw the vehicle, so I knew this was not the case, however, Dave was no longer interested in backing up what he said or continuing to respond to me regarding my discontent over the poorly handled situation. I did receive another prospecting email from him today though. I am disappointed that this was the mentality being practiced especially with a return customer or any customer in general. Very disappointing. Update 2/28/18: The manager, Jim, did reach out to me and despite not reaching me the first time, even called a second time to listen to what had happened from my point of view and wanted to make it right whenever that may be. He was very friendly and seemed to be genuinely concerned with the situation and earning my business and respect. Thank Jim for taking the time to follow up with me.

Very shady place to do business with. Scheduled an appointment a week ago and dropped the car off before they opened. It's been about 30 hours and they still have not even looked at it. If they start the engine and open the hood they will easily see where the coolent leak is coming from the water pump area. Which is a common problem with this motor. They don't return phone calls. It took me several calls to find out that they haven't looked at it. It should have been common courtesy to let me know when I handed over my keys that they knew they were not going to look at and let me know. They should have simply said they are behind and won't get to it. Do you still want to leave your car? It wouldn't be a big deal if they had a loaner car for a warranty repair. But when it's your daily driver and you need it for work that's a problem. How many days will I need a rental car out of my own pocket? Then just wait and ride it out till they give you that call one day. Hey, we had time to fix your car now you can get it.

Service Manager, Richard Lord, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my experience with Tom Naquin. I was in desperate need of an oil change, on short notice, and they were able to squeeze me in very timely. Mr. Lord's demeanor of the customer comes first is truly depicted in his work style. Also, would like to point out how professional and friendly Michael Goepfrich was. He was there to answer questions and to make us feel like we were at home. Nice job to the whole service team. I will definitely be back and pass along a positive word of mouth to my family and friends. Thanks. Tom Naquin RULES.

I give salesman Lance Oliver a 5 star. I would give the service department a 1. Both of my experiences have been unpleasant. Scheduled an oil change and then next day they want to call and cancel and tell me no time is a good time for them.

Car salesmen should not make disparaging remarks and comments about potential customers within earshot of said customer....If I could give a negative star,I would.
