We had a good, easy car purchasing experience at Harold Ziegler Ford in Elkhart.  Our Salesman, Jeff Hanson, was easy to deal with and pleasant.  I think our deal was fair on both ends and overall we were happy with our new car and how the transaction went.  Thank you for making it as easy as possible and stress free.  I would have given it 5 stars if I could have free car washes. 😉

Dan the salesman was great to work with not too pushy but attentive to the right details!  He of course had to work with the manager with the price which Is every dealerships M O!  They try the not give much approach to the pricing so you have to be patient!  But once we agreed the rest of the transaction went pretty fast!  Thank you!

Quality, fast, professional, work I'd never take my vehicles any place else to be worked on, you may pay 20.00 more than another place, you know these days you get what you pay for, I want Ford parts on my Ford Car, and Truck not some cheep after market part made God only knows where n wonder why it didn't last, or it rusted out in 6 months, I've been one to go to advanced Auto for parts, and I got what I paid for! It's not worth it, if your looking for good quality work! At a good price and done in a timely fashion then you to will love Zigler Ford, for all your Car and Truck needs, Thank you Connie...

Several years ago I purchased a new car there. When I got it home I realized it didn't have the remote start that I paid for. It took no fewer than 3 visits in the days following until they agreed to install it, after wanting me to pay half! Recently I was there with that car for an oil change and wasn't in the system. The oil change clown told me the car wasn't purchased there, then pointed to the bumper sticker that read "eigler"... the z had come off and he couldn't put that together. Finally, today I went for another oil change. The morons neglected to put my cap back on but didn't forget to try up selling me on all kinds of garbage. Stay away from this place

Ziegler Ford, Elkhart made buying a new car enjoyable & non stressful. Everyone was also very helpful with any questions I had. Would defiantly recommend to friends and family!
