Our company sponsored a team building experience here recently. I had never done an escape room before so this was all new for me.  Our entire team found it to be a lot of fun. The staff at Locked In was very professional and organized. Their acting skills are to be commended! Our company is planning to make this a yearly event.

Best escape room that South Florida has to offer! Rooms are spot on to the themes, details are superior, games and puzzles are so true to the scenario. Staff and escape team are friendly and double as superb actors that really set the mood of the scenario. Managers are very professional and genuinely enjoy creating an exciting ambiance. Also love that they make the experience personal with recording your goals and escape times for everyone to see. Please try, you will not be disappointed as it is money well spent for families, friend groups, couples, field trips, etc.

I've been to many escape rooms from Miami to Stuart and have always enjoyed them, until my experience here. When we asked for a clue, the guy comes into the room and also asked if we want our other clue since he was already here, which kind of ruins the whole "locked in" feeling. Regardless, we broke the record. However, they guy said that he forgot the timer so that our time is not valid (even based on when we were scheduled). Since they made a mistake and wouldn't honor our record, we asked to do another room for a discount (which they said was available). However, they wouldn't give us a discount (not even 5% off) even though THEY made the error.  The Manager's boyfriend then asked us to leave, which we immediately did. For a business based on customer experience, they gave us the worst experience possible and we will never go back (even though the owner invited us back). Be smart and stay away b/c the current manager and her boyfriend are menaces to the business. I'll try to attach a photo of the Manager's boyfriend with his smug look with a thumbs up as we were leaving.
