Get the foldies, they are freaking bomb! And they're a great deal! My wife and I also had a burger and chili, all was great. Don't be turned off by the neighborhood. Definitely give the place a try!

I fell in love with the concept and when I found out it was opening in the undeserved community where I work--I was sold. 

I believe I have seen the restaurant at its best (the initial opening hype and the reinvention of the "burg" to a California in&out knockoff). The food is never consistent enough to give more than 2 stars. It is over priced and not nutritious, despite claims to be. 

The only saving grace was the coffee (black--not the overly sweetened ice drink), but upon my stop by on my way to a meeting in watts, they had none available. I do not see Locol in its current form lasting the rest of 2018.

Not a fan of their burgers. Bun is pretty plain and no flavor. Honestly the ratings are not 4 star quality. (Standing room is the best burger, to give you an idea what I think is an amazing burger)

Great service, loved the food! Definitely will be going back. Just wished parking was easier to find.

Roy Choi made his money, then abandoned the place. I tried it for the first time, you can smell the bathroom in the hall. The furniture is unnecessarily dirty. People were sitting on what is supposed to be the table. Now the food. I bought food for 2. We both only took a couple bites of the burger and left it alone because it tasted like fish (weird right?). The "seasoned fries" were lightly seasoned with salt. The "Foldies" were ok. My girl liked the beef , I liked the beans. I ordered greens, but they charged me and forgot to give it to me. I didn't realize it until long after because it was a to go order. And lastly, they only had Pineapple fresca. One lady walked in assuming they were shutting down the place. I won't go back.
