Always excellent!!!  My wife and I frequent this restaurant to the tune of 2 to 4 trips a month.  We have been addicted to Logan's since or first visit in 2013. We have NEVER had bad food.  There was two times that I ordered pork ribs that weren't fully warned but the management made up for the cold.  We've never had a bad waiter or waitress, though we have had some that were still being trained yet, they didn't do badly.  The only problem that we've really ever encountered is that the sweet tea making there, for whatever reason, is pot luck.  One glass will be under sweetened, then the next just right, then under sweetened AGAIN.  This is a constant ongoing problem that never seems to be fixed.   I was at one time a fast food manager and this is unacceptable.  It can easily fixed but using a measuring cup large enough to sweeten the amount of tea that was brewed.  I'd a manager ever steps forward and fixes this problem, then this will be the absolute best restaurant ever.

Service was decent,  took our order and kept our drinks full but not much else.  Our server never checked to see if our food was cooked correctly.  By the time he got back to us we were tired of waiting and just ate it.  The flavor was good but not one burger or steak was cooked correctly.   Most tables around us were dirty for a very long time and it was not so busy that it should have looked the way it did.   Not sure I would try it again.   Not much calling me back.

I have never really had too much of a problem with the food at this restaurant. Today was frustrating, to say the least. Giving us a broken high chair for my 15 month old boy and waiting 10 minutes for another one to appear is subpar performance. In that 10 minutes no drink orders were taken, nothing. It’s hard enough to eat out with a child without frustrating service. To the point: the high chairs provided for the high top booths are too high to begin with. they are unsafe as they are top heavy. At a previous visit we watched a waiter bump into one of these high chairs and nearly knock it over. Thankfully, he managed to catch it. Taking into consideration these are top heavy and then placing them in a high traffic area where it’s easy to knock over is unacceptable. We left without any orders taken or service other than being seated.

Really impressed! Excellent service from beginning to end and the food was delicious. The hostess, our server, sam, and the manager who stopped by the table are top notch professionals. We will be back often!

We went for lunch today and it was fantastic. The hostess and wait staff were super friendly and the food was great. They really made my children feel a little extra special too and that made our experience even more enjoyable. It can get crowded during dinner service...and that is usually a positive indication they are doing something right. I recommend trying Logan's Roadhouse.
